Today’s offering: a feature from Wings magazine about the Tokyo Babylon 1999 film. Includes a 6 page manga based on a scene from the film (you may have seen a TB1999 promotional manga floating around on the internet already - this is a different one), an interview with Ohkawa & the cast, & some short SD-style manga strips drawn by CLAMP about the making of the movie.
